Meet the crew:

Shala Simms
Director of Virtual Services and Senior Clinical Manager

Shala oversees the Virtual Department and aides in building a team of skilled Clinicians that offer support to families through Telehealth, including the use of Virtual Reality (VR). As the Senior Clinical Manager, Shala provides support, training, and initiatives to help CSDs Clinical Leaders across the company to grow and professionally develop their skills in the field.

Shala’s journey in Applied Behavior Analysis began with CSD where she started out as a Behavior Specialist in 2016. Shala achieved her Masters in Sport Psychology in 2012 and has earned her Applied Behavior Analysis certificate through Florida Institute of Technology’s BCBA program in 2020. Her primary clinical passion as a BCBA is early intervention, parent training, and supervising/mentoring future cli nicians. When Shala is not immersed in her roles, she spends time with family and enjoys new adventures such as hiking, checking out new restaurants, and attending local events!
