For over a decade CSD has built connections with clients, families, co-workers, and communities to best serve individuals with autism and other special needs. We provide extensive training, support and supervision to each team member, to ensure they are focused on the quality and the outcomes of our services in order to achieve the best results.

Pete Pallares M.A, M.S, BTL2, EJD, is the Founder and Chair of the Board (COB) of the Center for Social Dynamics (2012) and Best Steps Psy Testing Inc (2016) Active in the field of Autism and developmental disabilities for over 28 years, Pete has devoted much of his time working in research, diagnosis and the treatment of autism across the US.

Founder and Chair of the Board (COB)

Pete Pallares M.A, M.S, BTL2, EJD, is the Founder and Chair of the Board (COB) of the Center for Social Dynamics (2012) and Best Steps Psy Testing Inc (2016) Active in the field of Autism and developmental disabilities for over 28 years, Pete has devoted much of his time working in research, diagnosis and the treatment of autism across the US. Pete has worked closely with leading autism researchers and practitioners in helping develop best practices for patients and clients with ASD, he firmly believes that the voices of individuals with autism and families alongside the constant collaboration and passion of experts from diverse disciplines needs to guide, update and shape all of our current treatment efforts.  Pete has also been an associate to important autism research studies and has helped organizations develop and scale with excellent quality standards. Pete has developed and implemented intervention programs and services for a wide range of patients, from high-functioning to very challenging individuals and his attention to outcome driven programs and the improvement culturally appropriate and relevant treatment with ASD nationally recognized. As the current Executive Chairman of CSD’s Board, Pete is in charge of providing visionary and effective leadership to the Executive team of CSD, mainly focusing on strategic planning, policy, M&A and maintaining the organizations relevance.

A native from Barcelona, Catalunya, he spends time in his native Barcelona, all over the US and Latin-America helping neurodiverse individuals and their families get access to care, resources and proper services not only through CSD but also through his foundation.

The Pedro Pallares Autism Foundation (PPF) focuses on promoting Autism awareness and acceptance across communities and empowering families as well as providers to promote children’s communication, socio-emotional, and behavioral development. His foundation also helps in developing countries understand and treat autism by providing resources and knowledge, The PPF also helps students from low socio-economic backgrounds finance their higher education programs. Pete is frequent in TV and radio shows and has had segments focused in autism and parenting on networks such as NBC, CNN, Telemundo and  Univision.

Pete loves to play music whenever he can, coach basketball to young children and loves to devour books about ancient civilizations.

Kelly Bozarth

Chief Executive Officer

Kelly Bozarth is the Chief Executive Officer of Center for Social Dynamics. Kelly brings over two decades of multi-site, multi-faceted leadership experience from the education and hospitality industries.  Prior to CSD, she led national and regional educational organizations that served students across the U.S. and worldwide. Prior to that, she served in multiple executive roles at The Walt Disney Company.  Kelly earned her MBA from Pepperdine University and her undergraduate degree from Missouri State.  A fun fact about Kelly is that she has moved 21 times in her life and was on the founding team of the Epcot Food & Wine Festival, a delicious way to celebrate cultures.

Mike Caponetto is the Chief Financial Officer of Center for Social Dynamics. Mike has almost two decades of experience in senior financial and strategic operating positions and 15 years in investment banking, leading teams, and transactions. Prior to CSD, Mike led the growth and sale of Global 1, an administrator of prospective episode of care bundled payments, to a subsidiary of Optum. Mike also served as CFO of a $0.5 billion revenue business services company and its affiliate, COO, and CFO in multi-location and multi-entity structures and well-established Goldman Sachs-backed companies. Mike earned an MBA from University of Chicago. As a kid, Mike grew up surrounded by horses and family who was involved in the sport of harness racing.

Yuri Pantoja

Yuri Pantoja is the Chief Operating Officer at the Center for Social Dynamics. As COO, Yuri ensures CSD runs as smoothly as possible so we can continue providing the best care possible. After working almost every position at CSD since joining in 2012, few people understand the needs of our clients and team members better. Yuri earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Berkley, and a Certificate of Neuroscience from the Universita degli Studi di Padova. While she eats healthy most of the time, she’ll NEVER say no to chips and french fries… and if you don’t offer her some, she’ll take some anyway.

Chief Development Officer

Michelle Bernet is the Chief Development Officer of Center for Social Dynamics. Michelle brings more than 25 years of experience developing short and long range strategic plans that position multi-site service companies to achieve predictable sustainable growth. Prior to CSD, she has served in both the domestic and international sector in the fields of Human Services, Education, and Health Care expanding and diversifying service platforms that enhance the lives of families with a variety of needs. In addition, she Co-Founded and served as an Executive Board Member of HEART (“Health.Education.Advocacy.Recovery.Transition”), which connects families and service providers with needed resources within their communities. Michelle holds a B.S. from Old Dominion University and an MAT from Mary Baldwin College.

Bryan Erb

VP of Information Technology

Bryan Erb is the VP of Information Technology at Center for Social Dynamics. Bryan joined the CSD team over 5 years ago but provides over 20 years of technical expertise and leadership skills, that are deeply rooted in the medical and healthcare industry. His passion and desire to build and grow CSD’s IT Department and Infrastructure from the ground up has helped Bryan succeed at CSD. His skills in scaling IT Infrastructure have assisted CSD with many of their partner integrations. Bryan currently resides in Portland, with his wife and their son. In his free time he loves cycling, camping, and being a new dad.

Sandra White is the Vice President of Human Resources at the Center for Social Dynamics. In this role, she develops and implements human resource practices and programs without the organization to drive service excellence and deliver on the company’s key business initiatives. Sandra has almost two decades of human resources experience working in medical devices, semiconductors, and mental health industries. She loves volunteering in her community and racking up airline mileages. Sandra earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University, East Bay, and a Master of Associate degree in Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University.

Gurpreet Kaur

Senior VP of Global Operations

Gurpreet Kaur is the Senior Vice President-Operations at the Center for Social Dynamics. As VP of Operations, she oversees the integration of newly acquired companies, our diagnostics clinic, Best Steps, scheduling department, and the Southern California and Colorado regions. Gurpreet earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development from the University of Nevada-Reno, an MPH from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, and a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Cincinnati. She recently moved to SoCal and has been enjoying weekly trips to the beach.

Anna Moznavsky is the VP of Operations and Clinical Services at the Center for Social Dynamics. As the VP of Operations and Clinical Services, she oversees clinical quality and programing across CSD and the overall operations for Northern California and Hawaii. With over 13 years invested into the field of behavioral health and almost 6 years of experience at CSD, she is perfectly suited for the position. Anna earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Arts degree from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her boys.

Alex Bard

VP of Operations (Non-California Regions)

Alex Bard brings over 25 years of behavioral health care leadership experience. His passion to create a safe, successful environment for people in need has driven him to create one of Washington’s largest and most successful behavioral health care companies. In his new role, Alex is excited to become part of a dynamic and passionate team while learning the aspects of what makes CSD an exceptional company. Alex lives in Kirkland with his wife and youngest son. His oldest daughter is the director of digital marketing for a health care company in California and his middle son is graduating from San Diego State University in the Spring. His hobbies include tennis, running and working outdoors with his family.

Mary Whitlock

VP of Operations (California Region)

Mary brings 25 years experience in the fields of international management, higher education and alternative education to her role as Vice President of Operations, California Region with CSD. She has led multi-site divisions and international teams, and has a passion for helping teams expand their vision of their own capabilities. She earned her MBA from Duke University and her BA from Pomona College. Fun fact: She spent most of her childhood in Germany and Denmark, and is a pianist and a percussionist, practice-time permitting!

Armando Luna-Medina is the VP of Engagement and Diversity at Center for Social Dynamics. Armando joined the CSD team in 2015 as a Behavior Specialist. He has experience as a Clinical Leader, Payor Relations Manager, and Regional Director. In his current role, Armando works to increase employee engagement, retention, and strengthen support systems. Armando received his Bachelor’s in Psychology from San Jose State University and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University. He is also an avid movie collector and can go toe to toe with anyone at movie trivia.

VP of Learning and Development

Ashley Stilley is the Vice President of Learning and Development at Center for Social Dynamics. Ashley leads curriculum development and the delivery of training programs for all key stakeholders, including our clients, new hires, and leadership team. She is passionate about creating impactful learning experiences and leveraging cutting-edge technology. Ashley brings over a decade of experience from the education industry as an administrator and college level psychology lecturer. She has a bachelor’s degree in human development from UC Berkeley and a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Harvard University. Ashley enjoys cycling, being in nature, and traveling.

As the Vice President of Recruitment & Talent Strategies, she is dedicated to improving operations and enhancing employee experiences through innovative solutions. Cedar excels at leveraging technology, data, and streamlined systems to attract, find, and retain top talent. When she isn’t configuring new systems at work, Cedar enjoys building miniatures and Lego sets.

Lauren brings 8 years of experience in the field of ABA. Throughout their career, she has held multiple roles, including behavior specialist, credentialing coordinator, and payor relations expert which lend well to her role as Vice President of Operations – Client Services. In her current role, she is dedicated to supporting the client experience, ensuring that our families receive the best possible care and services. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Hawaii, where she balanced school and sunshine. Fun fact: Lauren starts her day with the NYT game of Wordle instead of coffee!
