Dreams Come TRUE is a new education benefit to help our team members overcome one of the biggest obstacles to college and career growth….tuition!
Fully Covered Tuition
We now have an exclusive partnership with two universities, Stryer University and Capella University where 100% of your tuition in select degree programs will be covered upfront by CSD.
Dream Big with CSD
Our partnership includes over 70 different degree programs available that cover associates, bachelors, masters, and graduate certificates.
Eligibility Requirements
This program is available to the CSD team members who meet the following requirements:
- Be at CSD at least 90 days
- Be and remain in good standing
- Work at least 25 hours a week with a less than 4% cancellation rate
There are no strings attached and no repayment clauses.
